Admissions Blogs

Not all colleges/universities have an admissions blog.  But, for those that do, this is an excellent opportunity see FAQs and read admissions advice on specific questions like Early Action vs Regular Decision, AP vs Dual Enrollment, and more!  Meanwhile, always remember to visit your school's admissions website for incoming Freshman requirements, and search the admissions page for the most recent Freshman class profile/statistics.  You might want to also follow your college's admissions page on social media.

GA STEM Program for Minority Students

                Peach State Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (PS-LSAMP)
The Peach State LSAMP is a collaborative effort sustained by a coalition of six public colleges and universities in Georgia to significantly increase the number of underrepresented minority students statewide who complete undergraduate and advanced degrees, as well as have thriving careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.

Grady Health System - School of Radiologic Technology

This program prepares the graduate for a rewarding career in the imaging field by allowing for a course of study in Radiologic Technology that awards a certificate from Grady Health System upon graduation.  Students who satisfactorily complete the program are eligible to become a certified Radiographer through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and will be awarded an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology by their respective college upon successful completion of college prerequisites and the radiologic technology component at Grady Health System.  Click here for admissions requirements.
